  : I’ve been to several Indigo hotels in many cities, and unfortunately this one falls very short in comparison. It’s a 2 to 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star hotel.The reception is quite literally just a desk, there is not even a single chair to sit on. The remaining half of the floor is a restaurant space which is only functional in the morning for breakfast. The rest of the day, lights are off and it’s a ghost town.Once you make your way up to the room, you’ll experience what is quite probably the shakiest elevator I’ve ever been in. If you shift your weight even very slightly, the entire thing begins to shake.The rooms are not big enough for the price paid, the floors creak A LOT and the overall decor is very, very tired with thick, stiff curtains.The part that completely ruined my stay though is the bathroom window. You are full on exposed to a busy main street with just basic hotel shutters that do not work. These windows are BIG. I had to fashion curtains out of towels and then A4 paper to feel the smallest bit of privacy. I went down to the street and looked up to confirm that I could see through, and I 100% could.Last but not least, I went down to grab a coffee from a bakery before returning to my room, and I saw the receptionist leaving my room despite me leaving a Do Not Disturb sign. I did not get an explanation, only a look of shock and an awkward smile. I got into my room to find out she had switched off the AC. I know of hotels trying to save money on power bills, but to have your receptionist manually do it? I was stunned.I had a second booking coming up with them, but canceled for alternative arrangements. For the budget you’re spending on this, you could book way better places. I truly wouldn’t stay here again.

  : Beds were comfy as was bedding (although small). Rooms were a good size, shower was nice with good water pressure. Had free toiletries and a free minibar (which included 2 sodas, 2 candy bars, and 2 waters). Room had a kettle, coffee, tea, hair dryer. Location was very convenient to the tube and buses. There was a convenient store right nearby with water/snacks. A couple pubs/restaurants nearby. It was also very quiet. Pretty convenient location if you don't want to be in more "going out" areas.
  : Bed was pretty small for a hotel, when we booked it it said "full" but sometimes it says that and it is more like a queen. This one was not. We booked through booking.com and had a change in travel plans. We missed clicking the free cancellation button by a few minutes within our window to cancel for free, so we messaged the property and they would not waive the fee. So we ended up coming to this hotel anyways. But probably would not book again.

  : Friendly and helpful staff
  : Could hear noises from adjacent room. Sound insulation poor.Also lift only goes to 6th floor. Use of stairs is required for rooms on the 7th floor - I was not told about this matter until check-in.
