  : Clean, included most everything you need. Loved that there was an elevator and 3 beds/2 baths. The location was quiet but close enough to the tube (10 min walk). There was a small grocery store about 5 min walk.
  : The washer/dryer combo unit did not dry the clothes. Trying to use the drying rack left for use was ineffective in January (cold and wet). We ended up lugging laundry to the laundromat about 10 min away and spending more money to wash/dry everything. As this was one of the selling points for our family of 5, I would caution anyone else looking for the convenience of an in unit washer/dryer to go somewhere else. If thats not an issue for you, the condo was wonderful otherwise.

  : The contemporary look and feel was really nice. The location was excellent too.
  : Cleanliness was poor. The basics were fine, but there was obviously an issue with the previous occupant of the apartment that meant the rug in the living room had to be cleaned. The rug was soaking wet on arrival and left to dry during our stay resulting in a really awful smell in the living room. The carpet in the bedroom had an attempt to be cleaned but still left a vomit stain next to the bed which was extremely off putting, then the trim on the en-suite bathroom was loose and came off resulting in my toe being cut open. Overall a lovely apartment but let down severely by some small things that ruined our stay.

  : In a very good location. Literally big Ben on your doorstep. Very good views from inside. Was very clean and spacious Plenty of room for a family of 4.
  : Homeless hostel across the road was not pleasant and police being called with sirens on early hours of the morning. No cleaning equipment to clean surfaces. Heating was difficult to regulate and no user manual to hand. Not being able to access the rooftop , we were not informed if this prior to our stay. This was very disappointing.

  : The property itself was spacious and close to the major subway and buses. Also had good kitchen appliances, that can be used though we only ate out. There were great reviews so we were excited for this apartment but the level of uncleanly matters that came up were inexcusable.
  : FOUL smell of the home when we entered as well as the refrigerator that made the living room smell once opened. In addition the sheets and duvets smelled terrible. Visible dust on night stands where you can write your name in it, even after its been supposedly cleaned. Uncleanly decorative blanket that had stains on them and even random small pieces of hair on the sheets and in restroom.

  : Views of Big Ben & Parliament. The apartment is beautifully decorated. It's large but each room felt cozy and comfortable. Primary bedroom and bathroom are gorgeous. It's about 12 minutes on foot to the nearest Tube stations; right in the heart of major tourist attractions. Fair number of dining options... it's a great location.
  : The 2nd bathroom was a little tired - tiles stained white by water; not being able to use the rooftop deck. Q Apartments staff did not reply to me (I had to get my corporate travel company on them to send me details on how to enter the apartment and only received them about 6 hours before check-in; they promise 48 hour details). 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is hard when travelling with colleagues - I wish I would have known it was only 2 baths. None of these are big deals and we will definitely stay here again. Definitely!

  : We loved the location, and the apartment was a great size and layout.
  : The sofa was small for 3bedroom apartment. A corner chaise would have been perfect. The bedroom carpets/ and living rug are worn out and could do with replacing. The master rooms carpet had a whole in it on entrance.
