  : This property is situated on the 5th floor, there is no lift which is not mentioned in the description. It must be noted this is a block of flats combined of privately owned and local authority rented with no staff or reception desk so on arrival you have to wait in the street to collect the keys and be let in.This flat is in a very poor condition. I found electrician sockets damaged with scorch marks to the front and electrical wiring exposed. The fire alarm was damaged and not working. The glass / mirror on the wardrobes were smashed and sharp edges exposed. The storage heaters were rusty, damaged and dirty. The front bedroom window was damaged and insecure which could be opened from outside with little force which was accessed via the communal walk way. The bath didnt drain properly, had no plug and the overflow was damaged, the drains smelt in the bath and sink.The fridge / freezer was damaged and the freezer was one solid block of ice preventing its use. The property is advertised as sleeping 6 however the bed settee had no bed and when opened up had had all the mechanism removed including the bed, this said the settee was filthy dirty. The wardrobes were filled with cleaning products and bags of clean bedding and dirty bedding and towels so they couldnt be used. The property was generally dirty but behind furniture and under the beds was filthy dirty. More pictures can be provide on request.Upon raising my concerns to the staff member that let us in he agreed with all my concerns and that I should get refunded and that this particular property is the one he hates checking people into due to its poor state and the number of complaints. The member of staff I then spoke to on the phone agreed with me as well however they refused to provide a full refund or relocate me stating they had rights and T&Cs. They agreed to send a maintenance team to rectify issues but they never came.

  : We were wrongly charged for a late check out. Fixing the issue is not progressing. No receipt has been provided for the charges, despite the request. We need them for accounting.

  : locations is good , 3 nice rooms
  : the overall experience was ok. Several radiators were broken , apartment required cleaning when we arrived. when we arrived , no one was on the first file to open the main entrance door , therefore we called to the phone number we have from booking and every time there were different guy, to whom you explains who are you, in which city apartments and we will call you back soon . we waited around 10 min outside , someone open the door and luckily the cleaning lady was still there .

  : This is a very old property where the nails from the floor came off. Very dangerous to little ones while playing around without crocs. It's a 4th floor apartment without lifts. So my elderly in-laws have to suffer very badly with their knee issues. This key information isn't mentioned anywhere in the description. At least booking.com should pay attention to this. They repainted the walls and modified the bathroom to look nice in photos but the reality is very far from the images. It's not even worth half of the money they mentioned.

  : Heating, lamp were not workin..freezer already had a drawer broken for which i took pics. I was charged 75 for what i dont know and they are not responding to my messages. We didnt break anything..we also called them for a final check however no one came and left it to the cleaner. We were given the all clear yet still charged extra. We still wait a responce and refund.

  : Location was good although first impression was average with city living housing 4 storeys up and no lifts...a lot of families living there and multicultural setting. Not use to city living.
  : The exterior buildings very run down and looks dodgy, but was quiet at night. London was dirty in a lot of areas though.

  : The heaters are not working properly, it feels so cold inside the house, the heater nobs are broken, the apartment smells so bad, the entire locality is so bad, people are drying their clothes outside their houses which makes the entire locality smell so bad, the bedroom window is not shutting properly which is making the room so cold, the door handles are so loose they can be broken anytime. I need a refund on my booking because this apartment is nowhere near to how i expected it to be, i didnt pay 800 for 3 days for an apartment like this, a person cant even fit in the toilet its so small that you haven't even shown pictures of the toilet on the website, the toilet doesn't have a wash basin, a person has to go to the bathroom to use the wash basin. I can't even describe how disappointed i am with this apartment. This is the first time i am facing such disappointment.
