  : Spacious apartments, location was okay, next to a bus stop. Friendly host! And an upgrade for one of the rooms was very nice, thanks!!
  : Communication could be better, we waited for almost 1,5hrs and no one picked up the phone although we already set an arrival time. No nearby restaurants but taking a bus 15mins will get you to canary wharf

  : - The staff was late to bring the key. My wife, children and I waited for 15 minutes before the lady arrive with taxi in very cold night in London.. what coast me extra money to pay for the taxi driver. She claimed that I did not respond to her messages via Booking.com. I showed her my messages. (BOOKING service was bad).- The total price of staying was £280 as shown in green when I book the apartment on Booking.com. But when I arrived, the lady (landlord I believe) asked for £200 for cleaning and 40% as city tax. These amounts of money have been put under other (semi-hidden) category. Off course I had no chance to refuse because my flight arrive late to London and we arrive late to the apartment. Off course Booking.com helps in such miserable way of dealing. - the beds were not claean (see pictures). The sofa was broken and looks ugly

  : the lady managing the house was rude. the house was not ready when we arrived and we had to spend two nights in another house . 9 of us had to move with suitcases and kids. the furniture in the house was not at all good and not comfortable. except for the location this house was a big disappointment
  : see above. lady managing was rude , house not available on date promised , 9 of us had to move to another house for 2 nights very inconvenient.
