  : While the staff at the reception were courteous, our stay was indeed marred by the absence of functional air conditioning. The advertised presence of AC in all rooms was a key factor in choosing this deluxe room at a premium price.Upon check-in, we were assured that the room had AC, but it quickly became evident that this was not the case. When we raised the issue with the reception, they initially feigned ignorance but later admitted to a known problem with the AC system. It's concerning that they failed to communicate this to arriving guests, which has likely led to similar complaints for the same room.While the other amenities like the TV and fridge were operational, the lack of AC made the entire apartment uncomfortable. The provided fans were inadequate and only circulated warm air, contributing to our discomfort. Furthermore, the unsafe use of a European plug in an English socket in one of the bedrooms raised serious safety concerns.

  : Ground floor, blinds closed. Car parking out of order. Could advise on local parking eg street nearby free by night then green park by day
