: The apartment was comfortable to live in.
: In a real life emergency, there was little to no support. The fact that we are tourists in a foreign country, there was hardly any empathy or concern for our well being.We booked a stay for 17 nights but only got 16 nights due to the situation of the locks being faulty due to wear and tear.Being tourists we had absolutely no means of finding shelter for the night in the emergency we found ourselves in. The agents response was to find alternate accommodation not understanding even if we had the funds to do so. We may have not been as wealthy as previous guests to assume that we can find alternate accommodation.Our phones had little to no power, it was a miracle we could actually engage the support team for as long as we did.We spent the cold night in the fire escape of the building. The next morning we still did not get a check in from the support team to find out if we were still okay and if we found accommodation.That mishap lead to us missing more planned and paid for tourist attractions and events. There definitely was not any urgency shown in our time of need.Our experience in the country ended really poorly due to that incident. Furthermore it was evident the team did not have a viable contingency plan for situations like this.I dont believe there was even a spare key for the apartment as they had sent two completely different set of keys for different apartments. These keys were eventually only sent at lunch time the very next day. After us continuously calling for updates. We found this extremely unprofessional, especially for the amount of money it took to secure the apartment. We did expect alot more support in a time of emergency.

: Very spacious apartment with amazing views of the Thames and Canary Wharf. Leafy neighbourhood with lots of paths for walking and running. Ferry to Canary Wharf at the Double Tree Hilton next door. Bus stop nearby. Convenient for extended stays in the Canada Water / Rotherhithe area.
: This apartment has two toilets. One was faulty and did not stop flushing for several days. After contacting the property management service Houst to fix the problem, a plumber was promised, but did not come during our 8 day stay, At this location you are very reliant on bus C10 to go anywhere. The ferry to Canary Wharf is expensive (about GBP 5 for just a 3 minute boat trip).
