  : Great location, super central for lots of restaurants and bars. Easy access to the tube. Really modern interior and facilities.
  : The apartment is cosy but a perfect size for a couple.

  : Great location. Close by shops, monuments, etc.
  : Advertisment promoted a large room with lots of space. Reality is a 1 room closed with a midle sized bed (not for two persons, even though they sell it as a 2 person room). The room has a microwave and a toaster. That's it, no washing machine, no cooking top and no furnace like they DO advertise! When getting back to them about this scam, which it is, they claim we have booked the wrong flat, which is not the case. Very unfriendly staff as well on the phone to communicate.They know the lication is great, being the reason they are able to scam multiple travelers.

  : Great location. Compact studio, but well fitted and very clean. Basic ammenities provided. Smooth check in process.
  : The bed was decent, but not really confortable. So were the pillows. Some bedside light and more sockets would be really convenient.

  : the photos are fake!!! the studio is not even close to what we saw in the photos ( i know that the studios are different but booking showed the studio that we choose and it was not the same!) studio we thought we book was with a kitchen but no, there was no kitchen. there was only sink and microvave. It does not count as kitchen. and the kitchen utilities we thought we will have was, cooker, oven, and like a normal kitchen. but there was not. and it was written that studio has a washing machine but there was not any. so, dont be tricked by this apartments. and we sent an email that this is not what we book, we dont have the things that you said. they say, it is. lol. the room was dusty! we put our luggage on to the wardrobe and dust came out like 3 cm dust! and there was no cleaning! they did not even put an extra toilet paper. we had to buy one. only good thing was the location and the shower was very good for this place. also, the bed was not a double bed. it was a little big single bed. you cannot sleep comfortable with your partner in this bed. and it was very soft, so that the light one slides to the heavy ones side. like an air bed. overall, it is not nice that you trick people with those photos.

  : The location was amazing, so close to everything. I asked for a special request and the hosts were very nice and helpful. The room was clean. a good air condition and a lot of light. The Wifi was great!
  : The shower was a little uncomfy. Kind of small and not a lot of room. there is no place to store the luggage so we had to pay for a special service (it was very close to the hotel).

  : The location was absolutely fantastic. It was so central and convenient. The area felt safe and was quiet. Plenty of amenities on the door step and a quick walk to all the main areas. Unless you are going out of the center, everything is within walking distance. The room was a little smaller than anticipated, but was absolutely fine for 2 adults for the week.
  : There was no toilet roll provided, and we were unable to open our window due to bin bags being placed under our window. With it being the middle of summer, these were quite smelly. Thankfully there was air conditioning.
