  : All staff members were very nice, corteous and helpful. It is the typical budget London hotel, in need of maintenance and better cleanliness - it does not have a lounge, no bar for a drink, they do not offer breakfast. However, the wifi worked well, the wc/bathroom was minimal but the water in the shower was plenty and hot, the beds were ok, the hot water kettle had seen better days, but the microwave was a nice touch, also we could store our luggage after check-out. In other words, not much more than a place to crash after a bust day, but alll in all we had a nice stay and would consider staying there again.
  : Cleanliness at least in the room could be improved and an extra cover between the sheets and the mattresses would be appreciated. Also, the room had no closet and no chairs, let alone a bed side lamp. Most likely, our room was a service room for the staff when not rented to guests. A main issue was that the door would not lock, making the key useless - when notified to the staff, they politely said that it was all supervised. I have to admit that, whilst a bit weird, we felt the place to be very safe.

  : Central by Earls Court. Staff was nice and greeted us. Beds were done daily and new towels every third day. Let us keep our bags in the reception on the departure day.
  : Sadly not in line with the score and our expectations from the attached pictures. After four steep flights of stairs we got into our room that was a run-down apartment with two double beds. The bathroom was partly cleaned and there was dirt on the beds. Tbf we didn't mention this to reception, but it felt meaningless since the place itself was lower quality. Water taps in the kitchen and shower barely work, with low pressure. Will do if you need somewhere to sleep, but don't expect any luxurious vacation hotel.
