  : The apartment was quite large, and reasonably quiet, especially since you have no one upstairs from you. TONS of great windows. It is very close to Spitalfields, Brick Lane, and Liverpool Street Station, so the location was pretty perfect. There is also a Sainsburys Local that you can see when you walk out of the building, along with numerous restaurants within just a couple minute walk.
  : Neighbors in the building are not nice, and borderline aggressive towards guests, as they don't like apartments in their building being rented to short-term renters. One of the neighbors confronted us as we were returning one day, and told us as much, as he did not recognize us.The lock on the front door is fiddly, at best - the key DOES work, but it is an exercise in extreme patience, as the key cannot be in quite all the way to work. It took us most of our stay to master being able to use the key to enter the building.The master bathroom has a large amount of water damage - the floor around the shower and commode is quite soft, and there is a substantial mildew smell.The kitchen has some things you will need, but lacks some basic necessities, like a baking sheet of any kind. The beds were extremely uncomfortable.The bed in the master bedroom had literally zero strength left in the old springs at all. When laying in bed, you were completely compressing the springs on the mattress. The mattress in the second bedroom did not fare much better, though it did offer SOME support, compared to the other.The pillows were old, flat, and well-used, with the exception of one pillow, which seemed to be pretty new. To be clear, that's one pillow out of a total of eight.The worst of it, though, was collecting the keys. We arrived around noon on a Friday, and the store where the key collection happens was closed. When the owner finally returned nearly an hour later, my collection code didn't work - apparently, they had not entered that I paid for early check-in. After discussing with the management staff for the property (who are extremely nice, by the way), they offered me late check-out to compensate me, and resolved the issue.

  : Property was very nice and has a very good location.
  : We had a problem when collecting our keys from the designated shop as they gave us the wrong set. We had to walk back and forth. It was very inconvenient as the person responsible for handing us the keys didnt really know what to do. The mattresses are also very uncomfortable, and there was black rubbish left on the balcony but other than this all is very good.

  : The apartment is big and spacious, the heating is great though it took us some time to understand how to set it. A lot of useful tools on the kitchen to make meals for the day. And a 5 minutes walk from 3 underground stations that cover most of the lines. Also the view from the apartment is very nice with big glass doors and showcase windows all around the apartment.
  : Only 1 set of keys available, meaning we couldn't split and get back to the apartment unless we're all together, the key pickup is a bit of a hussle, as it is not that close when we arrived in the middle of the night.

  : Location and property were both great.
  : There was no microwave although it was listed in the itinerary, no small teaspoons for tea and coffee and the plug in the bath didnt close so we couldnt have a bath. Would benefit from new mattresses and pillows to make the night for comfortable.

  : The apartment is very spacious, with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. there is a kitchen equipped with a fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The apartment has plenty of windows and a view to the Gherkin. the area is safe and you need 2 keys to get to the apartment. The apartment is located between the city, Shoreditch and brick lane which are very trendy. There is a small supermarket right next to the building. Spatialfield market is 2 minutes walk and there plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It is very close to Liverpool and Aldgate stations which provides a variety of underground lines in a short walking distance. location is perfect!
  : Although the apartment is very nicely decorated, it feels old an not well maintained. On our first bath the water did not drain and the bathroom smelled like mold. when we contacted the maintenance they fixed it. Beds are small and very uncomfortable. Towels are ridiculously small and thin - feel very cheap which is problematic for a long stay. Collection of the keys was problematic. our flight was delayed and by the time we arrived at London we realized we will not be able to make it on time to the store where you need to pick the keys (closes 11 PM). we contacted the managing company and the person that answered us was very rude - her first solution was that we need to find a different accommodation for the night. Eventually, she agreed that we will collect the keys from their office in Camden for a cash fee of 60 GBP.

  : Except the location. Nothing is really good. Especially the check in way and the time limit .. its not 24hours key collection and services was really bad
