  : The apartment is new and it is comfortable
  : I did not find the apartment because the address that is in booking is not complete. Nobody answer in the telephone number that they gave me. When I arrived I had to go the station to collect the key and it is so far. They ask me a 300 gbp of deposit only for only 2 nights, more than the apartment cost. The central heating did not work, I called many times and nobody answer me

  : Location - brilliant! excellent for transport links (Liverpool St), shops, bars, restaurants - MANY within 500m and some under 100m. Very large roomy 2 bed flat, on the top floor of a wing so quiet(er) than expected given the very close proximity to a busy part of central London. Excellent comfortable beds and a sofa bed in addition if needed Netflix/smart TV and WIFI which was great Small portable fan heater (useful given issues with heating) Mostly Well equipped (just needed a couple more things and some TLC)
  : A few things could have been improved - these would really make it a 10 out of 10 property Collecting the key on the first day is a good process as its from a local "shop" but risk is that it might be shut and it wasn't easy to find despite what appeared to be clear instructions - found it after 10-15 of looking and asking people but could be made clearer so hopefully this has been done There were no cups on arrival - although this was fixed a day later No plug in bathroom sink A number of lamps that didn't work No way to light the gas hobs (no matches/lighter tool or ignition switch on hob) couldn't use it without going back out Couldn't get heating to come on - lots of references to instructions / introductory pack but couldn't find anywhere what to do with the heating - turning up the heating dials didn't seem to do anything and the store cupboard had a series of valves which meant nothing to us. No bottle opener/cork screw Bath panel is tatty and look like its got very wet/melted - this should be replaced Hot water great from all taps EXCEPT the shower / bath mixer which we could only get up to just warm enough - it has a screw through the controller to stop it being made any hotter but it wasn't quite enough to have a hot bath (which we ended up topping up with kettles and water straight from the sink tap which was hot via a large saucepan) 2 keys for a 2 bed flat would be appropriate rather than just the one - I had to work while the family did other things - we had to meet up at the end of the day to get in which meant someone was left waiting

  : Crazy reconfirmation rules even if paying in advance ! I had to send info and guarantee with additional deposit. Not very friendly in the process. Booking. Com taking no responsibility what so ever. When booking private residense Airbnb so much better and will use it in the future even if more expensive.

  : Went into the shop the code did not work had to wait for 2 hours till it worked This has been a traumatic experience.
  : If you see an apartment that says city stay at the end staaaaaay away. These guys are criminals, racist and homophobic, mental abusers. I had someone from their team telling me on the phone my partner is not my partner. What has my partner got to do with booking your apartment. How did it get personal, what has my relationship got to do with you. This company us sooo unprofessional its ridiculous. If you book their apartment they will find reasons under the moon to steal your deposit.

  : Very good accommodation! We, four of us, spent 5 nights here and enjoyed our stay in London. Spacious two bedroom flat with kitchen and a toilet. 5 adults can stay as the sofa in hall is convertible to a comfortable bed. This apartment is 2mins away from spitalfields market and 5mins walk to Liverpool station for Tube and Overground trains. Tower bridge is nearby. Apartment had all the facilities like iron, washing machine, gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc.
  : Locality was too noisy during weekends as the area was dotted with restaurants and pubs. As it was record heat during July 22, we had to keep windows open and hardly slept because of the noise on a friday night! No housekeeping was available throughout our stay. The mechanical door closures were too strong the doors would slam shut.
