  : The actual room was great, nice and clean, as advertised, good shower and great location
  : I was concerned when I arrived to find that I wasnt actually in 146, but next door in 148, which had a front door that could be pushed open with no lock, meaning anyone from the street could walk in. As a solo female traveller this made me feel uneasy. The fact the fire alarm went off at midnight was a shame. As there are no staff on site I had to ring the emergency number and wait for someone to come and turn it off, 10-15 mins in total of disruption. I was stood outside in my PJS, the only woman in the middle of the night. As a 41 year old I was OK but for a young female this would have been an unsafe/scary experience. The staff were not particularly apologetic that night or the next day when I checked out. It ruined the experience of the stay.

  : The room is very small but enough for one person. Will be tight for two people if you are staying there for more than a few days. I stayed for two weeks and it was fine
  : No washer dryer facilities. Getting one load washing done at the laundry nearby cost me 20 GBP.

  : Very clean and nicely laid out. Everything you'll need and shops near by. Easy access to public transport. The member of staff we dealt with was amazing! He was very friendly, kind and professional.
  : The location, in terms of being right outside the main road. Load of loud cars at night often. But that's not anything negative about the hotel as they have no control over that. So overall, not too much of an negative.

  : Quiet for most no part; great area. Great maid service. On-site reception.
  : No directions for cooker; no supplies for washing up (dish soap, sponge, paper towels). Mattress needs replacing. Wouldnt refund last night though noticed needed to leave earlier.
