  : From the welcome on arrival to us leaving the staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The location was stunning.
  : Nothing to not like.

Disappointing

  : Great facilities and very modern.
  : Quality of the food was sub par at best. Service was very poor at breakfast and dinner times even when relatively quiet. Drinks not turning up, cutlery missing, wrong food / drinks arriving after a lengthy wait. Staff seemed uninterested in looking after you once you were seated, very difficult to grab their attention. Often felt like you were actively ignored.

  : The location and scenery were beautiful
  : The water from the tap was yellow. The dining room carpet was filthy when we went for breakfast. The food was very average. My breakfast roll was hard on one side and broken apart where it was so stale.

  : Staff were nice and very accommodating with any issues we had. The room was couzy and the views from the window were stunning.
  : Booking announced the room with access to the facilities, including the gym and the spa. Once in the hotel we were told that the gym was not included in the price since it was provided by an external company. However, staff were very nice and offered the use of the gym during our stay without extra charge.Booking failed to properly inform us about the use and access to the spa when contacted to enquire if previous booking was required. Sadly to say, we were not able to enjoy of the therapies due to a lack of slots during our stay. It was frustrating not being able to access to the spa and treat my partner with one of the treatments as a birthday present. The hotel did not provided us this information either, but handed in us a leaflet with the instructions of the spa to book the therapies through the app, which we found it cold and not very welcoming.

  : Views, room was clean. Amazing bathroom- very very clean! Lady working at the reception was really helpful and polite.
  : Disappointed that hotel guests cant entry swimming pool/jacuzzi after 5pm. Restaurant staff not very professional, mixing orders, also would require from a waiter to know what an oat milk is and if its available in the kitchen; food was cold and without any taste.

  : Dinner and breakfast service erratic with poor service. Clearly understaffed. Evening entertainment terrible!
