  : Location is close to the beach and town centre. Lots of places to eat.
  : The room is far too small for the fee I paid, absolutely no where to sit apart from the bed! The shower head has seen better days!!! The WiFi was very poor and the tv couldn't pick up all the free view channels, tried to retune the tv but made no difference.

  : Perfect location with clean communal areas.
  : I had booked two nights to attend an event that would be finishing quite late in the night. I messaged the hotel about my later arrival but got no response. The guy at the reception was nice but sadly my late arrival message had not been passed to him. The room I was given seemed to be an afterthought as it had not been prepared for any guest. I was met with an offensive smell in the room which was actually associated with the hand wash (wild flowers) in the en-suite. The bin in the shower room was not even emptied. The bed was made however was filled with dust. The bed frame including the headboard was as dusty as the walls and windows which had a resident giant spider living in its aged web. The lampshade needed to be dusted. The area behind the bed and wardrobe were filled with dust and cobwebs. I almost fainted as Ive never experienced anything like this before At 5ft3 tall, I found the bed to be cramped and very soft and uncomfortable. I tossed and turned all night long and also developed an allergic reaction to the offensive smell and dust as I had a headache, runny nose and itchy throat. Inside the kettle was a rotten slice of cucumber so gave up on having a tea and fridge might as well be binned.On the second evening, I was met with the same offensive smell. I couldnt bear another awful night so packed up to return home, which was another 2 hours journey due to delay on the M23 motor way caused by a car that had caught fire.
