  : Location was brilliant as we were visiting family. Wasn't so keen on the cushion type toilet seat but everything else was great. Staff were lovely. We will be back soon!

  : Couldn't turn radiator off but not such a problem. We were at back of building so lovely and quiet so could just leave window open a little

  : Our room was sooo hot the temperature gauge didn't work . Then our room was on the top floor as far as you could possibly go, I have arthritis and struggled with the stairs

  : We arrived and were quickly shown our room which initially looked clean. However there was water damage to the bath panel and the bath badly needed to be resealed. After unpacking my partner noticed a few little flies/insects on the bed and the ceiling. We informed the manager we were not happy to stay in that room. He offered us another room but after discussion we did not feel comfortable staying and left without a refund. Although it is in a central location this property needs some TLC and in its current state is not worth the 95.

  : Really central right on the market square. Lovely comfortable bed and large room. Lots of tea and coffee etc.
  : The room needed some care. It all felt a bit unloved. There were holes in the wall from past fittings. The shower head didnt work properly, no plug in the sink, bath needed resealing and panel damaged at bottom.
