  : We were very lucky and got a room with a view. Our room was very clean and tidy. Front of house staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very nice plenty of options.
  : If a couple turns up for breakfast please don't immediately sit them in the centre of the room surrounded by lots of toddlers. It's very uncomfortable especially when some are screaming and a mum decides that this is a great place to make a phone call and then tries to get her young daughter involved in the call at loud volume levels?? Why just why. Please seat couples without children to a quieter space in the restaurant because believe me there were plenty of other places we could have sat it's beyond annoying being placed in the centre of a room. The staff in the evening at the zufari restaurant were quite nasty telling us we looked very tired and continually makeing a point of it.

  : Paid for a wanyama view, window was filthy.Zafari bar and grill dirty cobwebs thick attached to windows. Had 3 wines the wine glasses were dirty from water marks. Staff need training in customer services

  : Theming of rooms was great. Reception staff very helpful.
  : Very poor selection for breakfast buffet. The Temple Restaurant was filthy every morning when we went for breakfast at 9:15am. Tables not cleaned from previous guests, food on floor. Put sitting at a table by the window where food had been smeared all over the window. Fabric on seats ripped. Definitely needs some work. Cleanliness and comfort of the Zafari bar and grill was much better however the selection was the same.

  : It is right beside the park, 15 min walk from train station to Waterloo which is convenient for London.
  : A little over priced for standard. Bar and food finish quite early so other than Uber eats.. you could be a little stuck

  : Nothing because they gave my room away to someone else despite receiving an email on the day of my stay saying my room is ready for me.
  : How it was handled by the staff was appalling when they made a huge mistake and expected me to deal with it. I was very disappointed as were my children and we had to drive home and miss our second day at Chessington.

Pleasant

  : The location is of course excellent for the park. The evening entertainment for the kids is fun. They also have meet and greets at the hotel. The restaurant areas are big with lots of variety of food for breakfast. I was there on my own with my 2yr old and one of the ladies very kindly offered to help asking if I needed any drinks etc so I didn’t have to leave my table and take him around with me each time. The bed is comfy with nice tea/coffee facilities in the room. Lots of parking and included in the stay.
  : Difficult to find toilets and the Azteca hotel from reception as no signs explaining. My original room in the Azteca hotel was tired, the tv did not work properly, there was a large cobweb in the children’s bedroom, and most concerning was that I had no hot water in the shower. The WiFi was terrible, no 4/5G and no phone signal. I requested a change of room which was in the safari side of the hotel. It was a lot nicer, everything worked correctly and had access to internet and phone signal.
