  : Good location near to Hunstanton & Kings Lynn , wonderful bird songs every day, There was a nice walk along a lane to the local pub The Crown with good food & beer,
  : The wi-fi was hit & miss but seemed better on the last 2 days, I had to reset the overheat limil on the boiler twice but otherwise no problems, Had a really relaxed time thanks

  : fireplace was a lovely touch.biscuits and drinks sachets left by staff.
  : very dusty, not clean. cobwebs and dust around every piece of furniture.the staff did not contact me with the key code for the property. I had to wait hours to get access.no dishwasher tablets.sink in bathroom not practical

  : Spacious for a couple, clean and tidy. Peaceful and a place to relax. Parking easy. Kitchen well stocked.Comfortable sofas.
  : Overall wonderful. But have to say, smallest double bed ever, was impossible to use to get a good night's sleep and we are not a large couple. So one of us had to use a single bed in other bedroom. There is plenty of room in bedroom to put a bigger bed. This would so improve the experience.Really beds it. Bathroom needs a bit of a paint and though shower in bath is old ,have to say pressure was wonderful, so shower was great.

  : Easy to find - the instructions were very clear. Quiet location, so had a relaxing break. Had everything we needed at the property and could travel easily around Norfolk from the location. Seriously comfortable bed!
  : Nothing really as a negative apart from a couple of lights were flickering

  : The peaceful environment. The well stocked kitchen. The clean, modern decoration. The soft, comfortable double bed.
  : The spiders! We found several during our stay. My daughter found her single bed very hard.
