: It was clean, reasonably priced and close to the place we were visiting. Enough parking, nice locality.
: The reception was cold and unwelcoming. The room (number 26) was not ready at 3 pm as it was meant to be. The room has only one window which was set so deep into the thick wall that it could not be opened easily. The tower fan provided didn't do much. Tried calling the reception from the room, no one picked up the calls. The shower didn't work, it only spewed out a small amount of hot water which could not be regulated. Overall a forgettable experience.

: Beautiful room, very comfortable, luxurious bathroom, very clean and spacious.
: Condiments lacking. Only one cup, one biscuit pack and a few milks. Phone didn’t work. No plug for charger beside that I could see? No book or welcome pack that I could see. We couldn’t use the spa after 11am. As this was our wedding night stay over, clearly I would like a lie in and then use of the spa but this was not offered. For our one and only wedding night (which we made the hotel aware of) some kind of personal touch or even someone to ask if we needed anything, would have been good service to match the quality of the room.
