  : Location was convenient, bed was comfortable.
  : The greeting was very odd, no hello or welcome, just a list of house rules. The place felt like it was student accommodation with a broken shower head, shower door. Just a poor basic experience so wouldnt recommend.

  : Nothing really as I never felt welcome at all.
  : I arrived at the property much earlier than scheduled as I was coming from a night shift and very tired. I slept in my car for about 2hrs. Before my visit, I had mentioned to the owner that I will be coming from a night shift. She said it was difficult as the room will be cleaned around 1pm. I said that I would sleep in my car at the premises till the room was ready, if twas okay. There was no response. So When the owner arrived and saw me she didnt greet me but started showing disgust that I was parked in the property car park. My car was the only one in a car park that takes about 4 cars. She instructed me to move my car and go look for parking elsewhere in the street. She declined me to check in first and leave my luggage in the room. It took me about 10mins to drive around looking for parking space. When I got back she never offered to help me with my luggage. Mind you she knew I was coming from a night shift so was definitely tired. This lady is very inhospitable to sum it all up. Or maybe she wasnt amused with the colour of my skin, I wondered.

  : Firstly it's not a 4 star hotel as advertised . It's a guest house with little to no facilities.WiFi didn't work. Shower soap empty. No milk for coffee. The owners lived there on the downstairs part.Initially we were told we'd be too late to check in but with them living there I coukdnt understand why they made us feel bad by arriving at 930pm.

  : This guest house was disappointing. 1. Not a hotel!!. It's advertised as a hotel and rates are equivalent to top hotels at 75 per night but Caprera is a guest house. Not a hotel 2. There was no breakfast offered but the owner cooked food for her family in the morning which smelt really strong 3. Guest asked to take shoes off 4.Car park reserved for the owner not guests? Owner very unhelpful - we asked a question and she said she would come to check after she had eaten her food and see never came 5. Only two channels on TV BBC 1 and BBC2

  : the building itself was beautiful on the outside
  : everything as soon as we entered the room noticed things wasnt right , there was a horrible smell. , the bathroom door was hanging off , there were left shower products from previous guest, the gap yonder the main door I could see people walking past , the stains all over carpet what looked like blood down bedside cabinet, one out of 4 bulbs worked, one of the bay windows was falling out its frame glad I didnt bring my son as its so dangerous, stains over bedding and a rather nasty looking stain on a pillow , the curtains are see through so at 5 am its so bright in the room so I didnt rest well , the bed itself was two single together so it opened up as you slept , the tv on the wall was so small not worth watching , the owner I found rude was t helpful not about to talk to breakfast was an option on the site only when I arrive there no food wasnt allowed to even bring our food or drinks , on the way out noticed her insurance has expired so myself and my partner sat sued in a hotel with no insurance so defently wasnt worth the money and Id never go back or recommend

  : This hotel was disgusting the carpets were stained the window was broke the toilet were dirty the staff was rude there wasnt any parking and when I asked where I can park they told me to go and find another hotel to park in. This is the worst experience I have ever had sleeping in a hotel I would like my money back to be honest.

  : Comfy room.
  : No breakfast had to next-door to another hotel. Host was not friendly did not feel welcomed felt like an intruder. No food or alcohol allowed in rooms. Had fridge and microwave was not allowed to use. Had to take shoes off at door when relatives did not. This guest house has been falsely advertised. Would not stay there again.
