  : I have never seen such a disgraceful customer reception in my life. The hotel is a disgrace. When I entered the room, it was filthy. It was stuffy, there was a heavy smell, there was no cleanliness at all. I took pictures of everywhere. There is absolutely no soap and hand soap in the sink in the bathroom. If you say bed, you literally lie on springs. I couldn't sleep all night. Imagine, you are having a busy and tired day. You get a big room for your head, you want to be comfortable and the result is moss covered the windows, it's lush green, I'm disgusted to touch it left and right, I strongly recommend you not to use it, you will regret it, the first thing I did when I woke up in the morning was to leave the hotel. Before I forget, they say there is breakfast, forget that too, they put something like two breads for breakfast. Believe me, you won't eat it. I wanted you to know

  : Easy check in/out, friendly staff, comfy bed.The first sight was worse than it actually was.
  : The room wasn't very clean overall. Both bedroom and bathroom. The green light from the emergency light was lit all night. The furniture was old and damaged. There was a waste container at the parking space behind the building, and a lot of trash was all around the container, with unused or broken appliances.

  : It was impossible to fall asleep in the room due to the heat, even with the window open, because the heating in the bathroom could not be turned off. It was so boiling that I badly burned my leg when I accidentally touched it (the heating system was hanging on the wall right next to the toilet).

  : There was a new carpet throughout
  : The first room the bed sheets were dirty. We were changed rooms. The other sheets were clean but stained. The outside of the window has an overflow pipe continuously running over it. The shower and toilet were blocked.

  : Clean and comfortable, surprisingly quiet. Nice breakfast room with the option of sitting in during the evening to enjoy a takeaway. Easy parking and within easy walking of the high street
  : The outside of the property could do with a makeover.
