  : The room was okay. Hard to keep to a nice temperature.
  : The staff are rude. They take a deposit which even after over a week. Hasn't been returned. When I called about this. The staff rude and extremely unhelpful which has made the stay sour.

  : This hotel is absolutely disgusting, from the staff down to the rooms. I booked a double room for me and my partner and was given a twin room instead! when I went down to speak to the receptionist on the desk he advised me that I should push the beds together! why would I pay for a specific room type to push the beds together? when I told him I would like a refund he told me to contact booking.com bro that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! The hotel is disgustingly filthy the bed had yellow stains on it there was dust in the corners of the room I felt very degraded even standing in such a nasty environment. I also paid a 50 preauthorisation which was taken as a SALE and not a hold which means the money left my account straight away instead of saying pending on my online banking. Ive tried to contact the hotel and booking.com on numerous occasions asking for a refund I have gotten no where! Ive emailed the hotel on numerous occasions and they dont even have the decency to give me a reply. when I called the hotel asking for my preauthorisation back they told me itll arrive in a month because I bank with Monzo , absolutely ridiculous its been three weeks and I havent received my 50 back! I would not even put my worst enemy in this disgusting place they will scam you

  : Relatively close to subway and that's the only pros of this place
  : Room was dirty and almost all of the facilities were broken - kitchen dirty and I wouldn't even think of eating something in there. I wouldn't also recommend breakfast here because we received moulded croissants and rotten apple. You will definitely find something better and cheaper on too good to go app
