  : If you are booking a 5 star accommodation then look elsewhere.If you are looking for a friendly, convenient place to stay with a great welcome and terrific host then look no further.John, the host, was there to welcome us and help us with the parking and a welcome chat.A terrific sense of humour from a young man of more mature years much like myself and couldn't do enough for us.A terrific beer garden and outbuildings which were a fantastic surprise and we enjoyed the hospitality in the garden.We went to Hull for a football match and the location of the premises is just a very short walk to the MKM stadium.It is also a short walk into the city centre with its bars, restaurants and night life.Great location.
  : If I'm going to be picky then I could pick faults but we were there and booked up for the exceptional value of the premises and we were more than happy with what was provided so we have no complaints whatsoever.The rooms were clean and it was a place to sleep.What made the place exceptional was the host who couldn't do enough.
