  : It's not the hotels fault, but the weather prevented us from getting there.....however I had hoped for some kind of offer as I paid on zdvNce in full all lost as no refund policy applied....just take the money and silence...not very customer friendly or thoughtful or caring..Like I said disappointing!!!!
  : I wrote to you about the fact that I paid 330 for 1 night which circumstances prevented us from getting to you..ie the weather..I hoped I would receive a discount on my next stay or some reply, but so far, there is nothing no response.I guess your policy is to take the money, no customer care, or thoughts from you, just silence.

  : The breakfast was fantastic, excellent quality ingredients and all freshly prepared. As good as it gets. The room we stayed in appeared newly renovated. It was immaculate. Useful things like USB charging points by the bed. Good quality toiletries. Also really nice tea, coffee and biscuits. I've saved the best till last and that was the view from the room. See photo. There are a table and easy chairs to allow you to sit and enjoy this. Also the hotel location is absolutely spot on for access to the pier for visiting the other islands by boat. We only stayed for a long weekend but the location allowed us to make the absolute most of our stay.
  : There is some noise from the pub outdoor terrace below so it could disturb you if you want to go to bed before 11. After 11 the outdoor terrace is closed so it didn't cause a problem for us.

  : The return ferry was cancelled due to stormy weather So we were forced to stay an extra night The hotel was booked out so did not look after us and work with us to seek accommodation. Lack of customer care just want your money attitude which is sad and disappointing

  : Very comfortable, good size bed, lovely bed linen. Good size room with nice tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely bathroom. Decor was as new even though they said it had been refurbished 3 years before. Standard of housekeeping exceptional. Good toiletries provided too.
