  : Communication with the owners was good prior to my arrival. I was a little hesitant when I arrived as the outside of the property was not as smart as other places close by but my worries were unfounded. Smart, clean room and comfortable bed which is a must for me. Fully operational bathroom. Nice big smart TV with more than just Freeview channels. Competitively priced. Several restaurants and a Tesco express within walking distance. What more do you need!

  : The room was small but clean, modern, and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a five-day stay in London. The bathroom was new, clean, and spacious. In the room, we also had a kettle with already provided coffee and tea, as well as a hairdryer and a fridge. There was also a shared kitchen with a microwave, toaster, cutleries, fridges, etc. which we used to prepare our breakfast. The hotel is ~10 minutes away from a metro station (or 3 stations by bus) and with the northern metro line, you can be in the city center within 20 min. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with a market just a few minutes on foot (there are also plenty of shops at the nearest metro station). We had a late check-in and keys were ready in a keybox with precise instructions. We also had some spare time after the check-out and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel.
  : For the price we paid, everything was good and beyond expectations! I missed the table for eating/working, but there were night tables and a commode that did the job, and also the shared kitchen had a dining table.
