  : Having to pay for everything and the toilet in the caravan was much to small having to degrease the oven there was no frying pan and only one oven tray

  : The location was Amazing!!!!!! it was central with a beautiful view and the holiday park itself was lovely. short trip away in the car to the centre of Hastings.
  : Well, We booked this caravan for a friends birthday it was a two night stay, two out of the five went up early to set up, however what we came too was absolutely DISGUSTING. The key wasn't locked up for starters the code box was just hanging open for anyone to get the key, The place had not been cleaned, The van smelt awful and was in need of a serious air out and clean. The beds were not made and were not clean either, there was rubbish all over the floor, the carpet needs to be changed as they were covered in stains and god knows what. Dirty wet towels on the floor in the living area too, Stacked up dirty dishes in the sink. Also.... THE TOILET LEAKS... there was a sopping wet towel on the floor in the tiny toilet to soak up the water and it stank... The bathroom shower was covered in hair and the shelves had countless empty bottles of random, things all over it some split too, we Tried to make the most out of a bad situation and clean up ourselves due to our friend being on their way and it was booked for a surprise birthday, After doing our best i Messaged the owner, i got a response fairly quickly saying a cleaner could come the next day, at this point we were already set up and there was no point as we were there only another night. Asked for some money back...DUE TO IT BEING A gross MESS. Told i would receive a 40 Cleaning Refund... Considering we paid 340 for two nights.... not Great Especially as we were avoiding being in the place as much as we could. But its A Month on and still no moneys been Returned, i asked the owner again she said speak to Booking.com, No response from them Either. From the owner to say "Don't blame you" when i said i wouldn't be returning you think all would be done to get us our refund ASAP. If i went to Hastings again id recommend and would Book one of the lovely clean caravans owned by the park. Not worth 340!!!!!!
