  : Really nice decor and spacious layout. Lots of good quality utensils for cooking and equipment for cleaning.
  : The mattress in the main bedroom was really uncomfortable with broken springs. If this was replaced the flat would have been perfect.

  : Fabulous location, great rooms with everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were recently fitted and views / location wonderful! Nice to have things like tea and coffee, dishwasher tabs and loo rolls provided and plenty of storage.Very clean.
  : We had a fabulous stay and nothing detracted from our visit. Just a couple of details that could be looked at. Firstly the master bedroom needs a new lightbulb but the bedsides were bright enough so no issue. Also the bath plug wasnt completely sealing so we had to keep topping up the water. Finally the living room could do with a fresh lick of paint to match the high quality of the other rooms.

  : The location was perfect for walking in the park, proximity to town and walking at nearby reservoirs. We totally enjoyed our stay in Harrogate.
  : Perhaps some milk in the fridge would be a nice touch.

  : I chose this property for our holiday as it seemed lovely in the pictures and descriptions.It is in a nice location and looks out over Valley Gardens. It is convenient to the shops and centre of town. The kitchen has everything we needed and I appreciated having a washing machine. It was warm and quiet.But this is what I didnt like:The pictures on the booking sites do not show its current look which has odd pictures, mirror and furnishings. There are no nice boutique style furnishings. The skirting boards and all around were very dirty and cobwebs of dust hanging on the bedroom walls.The bath plug doesnt hold the water, there was a horrible toilet brush/holder which needs to be replaced. The TV has about five Chanels at most but the picture breaks up, and the remote control is very bad too. The bedroom with two very narrow single beds had sweet papers underneath the beds and it was dusty and dirty behind on the skirting boards which I cleaned up. I vacuumed the floor and it had lots of long dark hair which the cleaner couldnt get up so I pulled it off, and the window frames on the inside are black so we had to keep the blinds down. The bathroom window blind is very dirty and needs to be cleaned.The tumble drier filter was so full of dark dried fluff so I cleaned that too. We dont know why there was a plant stand in the bedroom, and one of the bedside lights didnt work.

  : Location. Views. Space. Convenience of a place to be and make food if wanted. Good central heating.
  : Tired looking. Stained carpets and walls looking dirty. Beds need upgrading. Mattress uncomfortable. Bedding tired. Duvet was thin and pillows have seen better days. Sofas so small for 4 people and yet a dining table for 6. Tv also not up to date and most holiday accommodation includes a smart TV.
