: This was our second stay at the Loft.Very welcoming place to stay.
: A bit out of the way on smaller roads when weather isn't very good.Sloping ceiling can become a hazard when going to bathroom during night.

: Very nice self contained flat above garage. Great hosts who supplied milk, bread, and a bottle of wine on arrival! There is a fridge, microwave incorporating a grill, and plenty plates/cutlery etc. so self catering perfectly possible. The shower is excellent.
: The only minus for me was the location, which is fine if you like being away from it all (so an observation rather than a criticism). Upper Dunsforth is a very small place and if you want to go anywhere then you need to drive (or cycle). There is a pub in nearby Great Ouseburn, but I didn't visit it. Boroughbridge is the nearest town of any size, about 6 miles away.
