  : Grime and mould around the shower. Room very very dated. Room got very hot throughout the night, air con unit didn’t work, no controls. Construction work started early on our first morning therefore waking us up. Bed not comfy. Asked reception to call a taxi for me and they told me to grab a business card from the table and do it myself.

  : Location was convenient, staff were friendly
  : Room was dark, no natural light just a window into a corridor. Closet had a weird smell to it so I didn't want to put anything in it. Bathroom was old. I was happy I was only there for one night.

  : Dirty, damaged, disrepair and depressing.In room 19 - window onto an enclosed alley with view of brick wall and no light. Greasy hair stains where a headboard should be. Filthy room and bathroom. Mouldy bathroom with a broken bin and an unfitting toilet seat with dripping taps. Soiled tea and coffee implements, sheets that didn’t fit the bed, dirty walls, kettle, carpets. Mud coloured walls with various staining, ripped musty blankets. Felt like somewhere that rents by the hour, or a future crime scene. Bedside lights on permanently with the keycard - no separate switch. Disgusting and disappointing. Worst place I’ve ever stayed…. For £91 a night too!!!!

  : The property was lovely staff friendly and lovely location, the rooms were clean and tidy.
  : Unfortunately the room we were given was very dark I would suggest extra lighting for room 18! The other rooms family stayed in were far better.
