  : It's a wonderfully decorated place and cute little bedrooms. The bedroom was small but very cosy, with immaculate bathroom - new and clean. The menu was good and the food tasty. Breakfast food was also good. Plenty of space to park.
  : The service needs a lot of improvement. We just did not feel like guests. Dinner service was slow and run by teenagers pretty much. The entire restaurant and bar were very cold. Guests kept asking to sit next to the fireplace, as did we. No radiators were on. Fireplace was poorly maintained.The worst of all was that our entire bed (room Norney) was tilted, so it felt like you'd roll off the bed. Uncomfortable pillows, loud fan in bathroom that stayed on very long after bathroom light was off. Not a good night sleep, wouldn't stay again.

  : Breakfast was excellent, staff are wonderful and the location was perfect for us
  : The one and only issue we had was that the bed sloped a lot and kept us awake, we literally had to change sides during the night. Otherwise everything was perfect.

  : We had a good stay, bed was comfortable and the room small but had everything we need for a short stay and amazing breakfast.
  : It was a bit difficult to get a taxi on sunday, so be sure to book in advance or go bring your own car as it can be difficult to go around without one

  : Only slight complaint was that the full English breakfast only included 1 small piece of overcooked bacon and a miniscule portion of baked beans.

  : We received a warm welcome upon our arrival, checking in was very efficient, the breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. Of particular note was the professionalism of the lady in charge of breakfast whose attention was on a par with a five star hotel.
  : The check out time would be more convenient if it were 11 am rather than 10 am
