  : The location is perfect, since it's 2 minutes from the prom. It's a nice house and the bedroom itself is a decent size and it's convenient that the double bedroom has a smart TV. Overall, I can't complain about the quality of most aspects of the room, especially the ensuite bathroom.
  : There were 2 key things that bothered us considerably during our stay and made it difficult to want to stay there. First of all, there was an enormous wet patch in the middle of the bed that was concealing a yellower patch beneath the fitted sheet. The bed itself was SO wet in fact that the duvet covering it also was very wet. It was strange. You can check the timestamp on the photo to show it was just as we checked in. Secondly, the bedroom's smell was fine but we could not decipher nor comprehend the muggy, humid smell in the rest of the house. It smelled like cheese, or some other plant, but was really bringing the house down. I wouldn't come here if you are sensitive to these kinds of things. I wouldn't say I necessarily am, but it really was overpowering. Like I say though, the room was fine.

  : The location was the only good thing about this place.
  : When we arrived there was a strong smell of cannabis which stayed throughout our stay.It' states Breakfast available and it wasn't . Hairdryer in room no hairdryer. It also says ironing room available ,nothing to be found. Curtains have seen better days,windows don't close properly which is a safety issue .We wanted to leave our bags until our train home we were told we could leave them in the hallway so everyone coming and going could help themselves to our belongings. If you're looking to book this guest house I wouldn't if I was you unless you like the smell of cannabis.

  : Absolutely discussing should not be able to let rooms out.beds had been slept in and where filthy.is obviously a half way house .didn't stay had to go to another hotel .

  : The cleaner was the only good thing about the whole stay and we only saw her for ten minutes.
  : Everything from start to finish was disgusting. The guest house was full of council referrals. Flies all over the place. The smell was revolting and the facilities were disgusting. Accused of making noise when it wasn't even us. Overall terrible stay and wouldn't go back nor would I recommend to anybody.

  : Building felt like it was going to fall apart at any moment. No private bathroom. Noises from the water pipes was loud in the room that we were in. Decided not to stay the night.

  : Curtains would not close, lock on door, just a bolt, had to wait outside for over an hour for someone to turn up, stipulated two single beds, downstairs, were both 78 and disabled they put him in the oyo hotel over a mile away, and then wanted more money off my friend, it spoilt our armed forces reunion.
