  : I've taken by mistake the shampo with me, I've received lately a call and they asked me to pay them. I get it and I find it fair, it was my mistake. The problem is that they asked me to pay 44 for 2 plastic bottles of shampo. I've paid then and when I've asked for the invoice I didn't receive any reply back.

  : The hotel is situated in a small village and our room had wonderful views over the countryside. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The bed was a little soft for our taste but nevertheless comfortable.
  : Things went badly before we arrived in that the restaurant was not open in the evening as it was a bank holiday. Had I been aware of this I would have booked elsewhere. Being in the country there was little other choice in the area. We had booked bed and breakfast. We were asked for a time and said 08.30. On arriving in the restaurant area there were no staff to be found. The chef/cook had spent some time trying to get in. We let him in. He then tried to find the staff on site. He eventually woke them up! He had then to start to get breakfast for the guests. I believe only two rooms were take that night. We had an appointment and were unable to wait any longer for breakfast an hour having passed. We had to grab something elsewhere. The chef was very apologetic. The oversleeping culprit made no comment. So Im unable to comment on the quality of the food as I couldnt get any. Very disappointed to say the least. Basil Fawlty eat your heart out!
