  : Thermostat didn't work so hard to get hot water and water pressure was poor. Kitchen would have benefited with a few more essentials such as kitchen roll, baco foil

  : Had to collect keys from another location (postcode took me to car park) 3 flights of stairs with no lift Beds really uncomfortable 250 security deposit (absolutely disgusting) said it wouldn't show on bank statement(lied) and still awaiting to receive Hair in the apartment (not cleaned thoroughly)

  : The location was good, close to the quays. Freshly decorated, and could smell the new carpets. Enjoyed the facilities of the kitchen/lounge and the balcony for our morning coffee. The lady at the front of house was very welcoming and informative.
  : It was pre warned that the building had undergone renovation, and there was still work happening, so I didn't mind. Though there were a few snagging issues with the newly decorated apartment, they may need to revisit:We didn't have the best night sleep as the room was so hot, and there is a Skylight in the bedroom with no blind, plus the bedroom door didn't close properly (doesn't fit in the door frame) so didn't feel very secure. The sink in the bathroom easily splashes over when turned on due to sink shape.

  : Super location close to everything. The historic dock area was at the rear of the property and the main shopping area only about 5 minutes walk. The Cathedral was only 10 minutes walk.
  : No complaints really. The apartment we had was on the top floor with roof light windows in the bedroom but no blinds so the daylight woke us up. Not a problem for me but might be for some people in the summer .
