  : It was spacious and allowed for privacy.Staff was nice
  : There was no answer when I called on the interphone at the main door, I had to call the number on the booking. Turned out the reception was the same as the hotel on the other side of the street, so maybe just tell people to do the check in from the hotel reception.Kitchen towel and sponge for dish washing should be provided..I took the room on the garden side for calm but had to close the window after smelling someone smoking pot several times.

  : We collected the keys from reception but on turning the key in the lock the key snapped.All we did was turn it, no real force was used.Fortunately we were able to get the snapped bit of key out of the lock.However on return to reception the guy on the desk was a little clueless on what to do as all the other door keys were out.It took nearly 45 minutes for the manager to bring another key, and as we were late checking in, it was around 01:45 when we were able to get in to the room.We weren't allowed to check in any earlier than 3pm. As we were at the Harry Styles concert, we couldn't check in until we got back from the concert. We got a message in the week before our stay, stating that one of the rooms wouldnt be available due to water damage from above.As there were 6 of us, we had to bring our own air bed and put it in the living room.No offer of a reduced payment. We were offered a free cancellation, but at that late stage, that wasnt possible for us to find other suitable accomodation.

  : The apartemt was fabulous with everything we needed for our overnight stay. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby attractions . Staff were very helpful

  : The location and the size of rooms, which all bedrooms had en-suite.
  : I feel the £300 breakage deposit is a bit high and takes to long to get back.

  : Spacious. Parking was cheap if paid at reception
  : Kitchen cutlery was dirty and cupboard handles were really unclean. Receptionist was unfriendly and gave us the wrong keys. Apartment was across the road from the Reception but booking confirmation gave us the wrong door number.

  : Good sized bedrooms with en suites and large communal lounge area.Relaxing and comfortable to chill out.
  : Kitchen had minimal facilities - if you have six guests then six bowls/plates etc would not have seemed unreasonable.Instructions for arrival were not as advised.
