  : The view was amazing which would of improved if the windows had been clean and the family suite was roomy with tea and coffee facilities.The tea and coffee provided increased after we complained about our rooms not being clean and the mattress being thin and uncomfortable. Also there was a lot of free miniature shampoo sewing kits and soaps that were not there when we arrived.
  : The room was very dusty on the lights and windows. The noise from outside was very loud as the windows are old and are not double glazed. This meant that the night time student activities were a bit loud. Two of the beds were very uncomfortable and you can feel the springs through the mattress. When I complained to reception in the morning this did not seem to register as important. After spending the day in the spa which had no fresh water to drink until I asked for some but here were no clean cups. I returned to the room and it had not been cleaned. I spoke to the manager (who seemed unaware of my previous conversation with the receptionist about the mattresses.) and told her that the room had not been cleaned plus informing her of the dreadful night sleep I and another member had experienced.. The manager first said that we had not stayed at the hotel on the previous night. Then she remembered we had stayed and came to the room. They changed one mattress but only put a thin cover on the other mattress which do nothing for the sleep comfort of that bed so I suffered anther night with no sleep.
