  : Towers paper thin, no bar despite advertising, breakfast very poor cold bareheated tiny orange juice, spa cold, no minibar everything closed at 10 pm overpriced.

  : Big clean room, really nice staff . Great food and very relaxing . Pool also fantastic . wonderful place to recharge - missing hearing the sounds of the waves on the beach at night whilst going to sleep.
  : Food was really good but set menu so limited choice . You also couldn't run up a room tab for drinks - you had to pay at the dinner table - quite strange but got used to it .

  : Extremely expensive for a room in an outdated style hotel, because there are much modern spacious hotels in Europe with the sea view and modern glass balconies which are not falling apart, and which cost three times less and offer better food, accommodation, games for kids and adults and an actually heated pool. The pool is called heated but it was freezing and had no additional water wave functions etc. One table lamp in the room started emitting fumes so we quickly switched it off and never turned on again. The toilet did not flash properly, the water in the basin didn’t go down. There was an issue with the shower, apparently the plug hole was loose and water leaked down, so we were asked to relocate to another room.Rooms were too hot in the evening and very cold in the morning. Uneven heating.Sadly majority of the hotels in the UK are stupendously expensive and offer very little to customers! The whole industry needs updating and reducing their prices down at least by half. We were never offered any discount for all the inconvenience.One of the receptionists could not remember or explain things, as she worked at several hotels and got herself confused about what they offer and the hotel layout:)

  : All of it, but especially having generous space in the room for all the pills, creams and other medical paraphernalia that I need at my elderly stage of life. Hearing the surf on the beach lull us to sleep was a real joy. The hotel could not be better located, and the staff did absolutely everything they could to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
  : We needed an on-off switch for the towel rail in the bathroom because the room became too warm at night.
