  : the location was excellent. sea views at the dining table and living room were amazing. everything we needed was in the apartment , even a bottle of wine ( nice touch) wood burning stove is great for those winter evenings
  : nothing really. while the doorways are low and sloped ceilings. this is what gives the place character

  : The location is superb. Overlooking the beach, easy walk to sandy beach at Folkestone and minutes from Sandgate high-street. The property is well maintained, very clean and comfortable.
  : If you are over 6foot the ceilings are quite low.

  : Wonderful location, right on the beach. Safe, because we were on the 2nd floor. Great eaves windows meant we could leave them open at night to listen to the waves and enjoy the cooling breezes. Really well provisioned apartment, had everything you needed.
  : Only issue is parking, which isn't allocated, but strangely we were always able to find a park at the front along the street, and the car we had was tiny, which was ideal. Not a lot they can do to change this, maybe if the owners had a Resident's Permit which guests could use, otherwise you have to move your car every 2 hours.
