  : Lots of light and windows facing trees on a wide quiet street, plenty of space. The large bedroom was really nice, clean and comfortable. The automatic lighting in the kitchen and bathroom was very useful specially for my friend. I forgot my toiletries bag and when I made contact via email, they offered to send it to me by post at no extra cost. Really good!
  : The shower tap needed fixing. I did let them know after checking out. I'm sure they've fixed it now but it should have been checked prior to our arrival.

  : Excellent location only a few roads back from the sea front. Easy to walk in to town centre and to get to the harbour area and beaches. Supermarket local, restaurants and a micro-style pub within a few minutes walking distance of holiday let. Quiet and safe area. Apartment very clean and well equipped for short stay. Close to bus routes to explore further afield.
  : The light for the bathroom was operated by a sensor but never really seemed to turn itself off so could hear the fan running pretty much all the time. The shower looked modern but found that the temperature mixer did not work so only had access to very hot water during our stay. A shame as rest of flat was lovely.

  : Poor booking experience: having to provide proof of home address and photo was a hassle which I've never had with Airbnb.The staircase to the flat was like the grotty stairs to a down-market bedsit, with scuffed and dirty walls in need of a repaint. There were no oven gloves or tea towel provided in the kitchen, so I had to use a towel to get hot food out of the oven and dry the plates and cutlery. It was hot when we arrived but only one fan was provided For 150 for one night, I expected a lot more than this very poor experience.

  : Good quiet location although not as near to The Leas, town harbour etc as indicated. Clean. Very near Tesco Express.
  : Both beds hard & only 1 thin pillow on single bed. Shower hardly adjustable so very hot! Loo didn't flush well so had to often use jug of water. Lights in kitchen & bathroom came on automatically for 30 mins each time! Noisy & irritating during the night.No provisions at all only a couple sachets of tea & sugar. No soap or bin liners.
