  : It was a comfortable Clean location in quiet area with great facilities and lovely views.
  : The television signal was non existent and the DVD player was old.

  : well placed for access to beach and by car to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Pub on the site does reasonable pub grub.
  : Not really the fault of the owner but the TV didnt work. After spending time trying to work it out we phoned the owner who in fairness responded and sent a repair man in morning. This meant a night without TV! It was a problem site wide so thought that it would have been known there was an issue. Cooker needs a good clean. Burnt food on bottom gave off horrible fumes. Sticky handles and some sticky surfaces.

  : Great location with a short (10 mins) walk to the fabulous dog friendly beach. It is quite steep on the way back up so note that if it's an issue for you. For us it was not a problem. Nice cosy holiday home with good facilities.
  : Dishwasher was full when we arrived, would have been a bit more professional if it had been emptied and not left for us to do.

  : Good facilities on site, convenient for Filey.
  : Sofa uncomfortable in a poor state, lack of cleaning products, no dust pan found, hob needs attention, single beds only really suitable for children. No allocated parking couldn't park close to house.
