  : Perfect cottage for our stay. Great location for travelling around the Cotswolds and only 15 minutes from cirencester for a big food shop. Big enough for 2 couples and a small dog. Great facilities and very comfortable.
  : BBQ was very dirty so we didn't use it in the end. Was a little disappointed with this as we were keen to have a BBQ.

  : The cottage had great amenities, some above and beyond the norm. There was a generous supply of items like, tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning utensils and products. There was even a home made cake waiting for us upon arrival. Well equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, good kettle etc, etc. There wasn't any shortage of dishes, cups, glasses, cooking utensils etc and the place has a certain quaintness about it.
  : There was a lot of traffic noise with the cottage being on a main road and sometimes we could not get parked outside the cottage. Both of these points were raised in previous reviews so we sort of expected them.

  : Lots of little extras included despite being self catering were a lovely and welcome touch! Additional phone chargers, an Alexa, wood for the fire just to name a few! The cottage was beautiful and true to the photos, lovely and clean and so cosy to stay in.

  : At first glance it is comfortable and lots of items provided for cooking.
  : The traffic noise made it difficult to sleep. Had little sleep which we didnt expect on a holiday. Little privacy downstairs due to being on a main road and passers-by so needed to close the blinds which made the room dark. Heating was not on so cottage was cold. When I highlighted this no one took any notice and told me to turn up the thermostat. The boiler was off so had to learn how to turn it on. Once heating was on cottage was warm. Only communication is via email which is a poor way to communicate. A phone number should be provided to discuss issues. For these reasons we will not return although many elements we liked but little sleep is not good when on a break.

  : The toaster did not work Almost impossible to reach the tenant or the staff . Telephone number mentioned in the book I g confirmation was not existing. Leaking tap at the sink. My friend Martin Bown who left the cottage at 10 am forgot his toiletry bag in the bathroom. We do net get any possibility to reach the staff how to get this item back.

  : - Cleaning (dog poop in garden, food residues in the oven, used contact lenses on bedside table, dirty dishes, dead insects, dirty windows)- Humidity in the cottage (fabrics of living chairs felt clamp, this was better the 2nd day after we turned heating on)- bed on 2nd floor, horrible matrass, never had so much backpain during a vacation- no reaction at all to my message about lack of cleaning. So keeps me wondering if theyd react if there is an urgency.- high traffic noisy road (they drive like crazy!). However during the night it calms down.
