  : A few items could have made the experience better. The main factor being that on arrival we were greeted with rubbish spread all over the doorstop. Unfortunately despite paying a 55 cleaning fee, this mess had not been dealt with which was disappointing as the first hour of our trip to Exeter consisted of our group cleaning up the rubbish. I have attached photos to this review. Additionally the figures/icons on the oven controls were worn down or missing which meant cooking a meal to the correct temperature was a difficult task. Furthermore the kitchen window did not lock so we can had create a makeshift weight to keep it shut in order to deter criminal entry.

  : Very good location and very nicely decorated/stocked house. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to reply to any questions. Really nice shower! Very large bed in main room
  : No dishwasher A lot of litter on the street outside, which was pretty narrow and would be a challenge for a bigger car (not a fault of the host of course!)

  : Warm. Good bedding. Good WiFi. Close to city centre. Well equipped kitchen. Tricky with cooker as markings had been rubbed off. Issues which occurred were dealt with promptly.
  : A high price for basic accommodation. Single beds pushed together were fine for us. Thin curtains. Few carpets. Light bulbs missing. Outside drain broken. Courtyard was not usable. Confusing to have a management company and contract to work through. I expected more for the money and the commitment I had to sign up to.

  : We did have a really lovely time as it enabled us to meet with my daughter who is a student at the university for her 21st. The location was great and having our own space allowed us to have quality family time. It was great to be able to get a house for just one night avoiding having the shared space of a hotel. The host was attentive and efficient.
  : Kitchen was not well equipped. Plates chipped and cracked. No corkscrew wooden spoon etc. So many lights not working so hard to even see to wash up in kitchen. Bed linen old, didnt match. Double bed was 2 singles put together with two single duvets. Oven dirty. Cutlery and mugs in cupboards not clean. Photos deceptive. Wouldnt take much at all to pull it up to standard.

  : Photos do not match the reality of a dark, smelly, damp place. Kitchen looked like didn't had a good clean for long time, fat accumulated everywhere. The street looked like an industrial estate. Area is a student campus, noisy every night. The so called garden is a damp, dirty area full of bird droppings, lots of pigeons living there. If you are a couple, forget about it, there isn't a double bed, just two single beds pushed together, big space between them. An accumulation of old, lost, unwanted pieces of decorations made it look cheap and tacky, completely the opposite of the professionally taken photos. Not even the 10 minutes walk to town centre help!! The price is way to high for the place!!!

  : The property's depiction online has hardly anything to do with a real life. 5 star accommodation in a townhouse neighbourhood without bathroom amenities (e.g., soap, shampoo) and wifi? They said wifi info is in the guest file but forgot to say where it was. Next time I will stay in hotels only
