  : We were given a different room from the one in the picture. The so-called deluxe room does not have private bathroom. The room we stayed was next to the main road with lots of traffic noise even at midnight, which was made worse for lack of double glazing. Another problem was people were coming in and out till 2am and made loud noises.

  : Absolutely nothing although it has Netflix it was pointless as I had Netflix on my iPad. It had WiFi but who needs that nowadays when everyones got data allowances. There was nothing about the property that would make me go back.
  : Absolutely everything. I ask everyone whos planning to stay here to see everything before you even commit to it. What you see on pics is not what you get, the bathroom is shared and I had one box room which had broken windows with noise coming from outside like world war 3 was about to happen didnt get a single min of sleep and the bed it self was so old it probably came before queen Elizabeth. I paid 100 and one way to describe it is that its like going to a brothel so technically I paid for brothel look like room with shared bath room for 100 you rather go travel lodge post Covid. To top it off they took a deposit from me and i was told Id get it back soon as I check out I checked out and they said they would get housekeeping to check and then give me my money back. They took a whole day to return it and transfer this back. When they asked for payment I did it instantly but for it back they took a whole day. 50 is nothing but its the principle of business. I had to chase this up and ask and every time I was told oh dont worry you will get it. The ironing board has stains too i didnt even want to touch anything.

  : Located on a busy road, the rooms where not as advertised differing from the online pictures,No kitchenette just a basic tea and coffee area and shared bathroom facilities. When we raised our complaint the staff chose to ignore us and offered no resolution

  : Very noisy traffic outside window all night, didn't sleep at all. Not very clean, communinal bathroom which you have to share with strangers like in a hostel. Shower was cold. No breakfast even though it was paid for and supposed to be included. Just a grubby little place avoid it and go to a proper hotel.
