  : Location was great, I love the Grassmarket section of Edinburgh. A bit of an up and down hill walk from the train station; suggest a taxi

  : It was very easy to comunicate with the property owner and he was quite accommodating. The location is perfect! We were able to walk easily to all the neighborhoods and sites we wanted to visit. The sleeping arrangements (bed and futon/couch) were quite comfortable. There was guidance written out on how to use all of the appliances.
  : We couldnt get the water quite hot enough and should have contacted the owner (who no doubt could have assisted us). There were some traffic and pedestrian noises late at night but nothing sustained.

  : The apartment was so idealy located and had everything that we needed for our few nights stay.
  : Could do with a little tidy up and freshen up with some paint work done around the apartment.

  : Host was very responsive to messages throughout our stay. Check in procedures were very clearly written, including how many steps of the stairs after you entered the main gate. The apartment, though small, has everything you need for a short holiday ie fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, very powerful hair dryer. 2-minute walk to grocery - Sainsbury's Local, and few minutes walk to Victoria Street. Other attractions were within walking distance, though not very near.
  : There were expired foods in the cabinet, probably left behind by previous occupants. Not a big issue as we just threw them into the bin. Note to cleaner - check & clean washing machine's detergent dispenser. Also, the unused hand wash bottle in the toilet.
