  : The property was in an amazing location. Situated right on the royal mile, it was ideal for going almost anywhere in Edinburgh and absolutely beautiful views out the window.
  : It was a little bit run down, the sofa bed is very broken and not very suitable to sit on/sleep on.

  : Location, but not the stairway access
  : Place is run-down. It would not qualify for Airbnb minimum standards, and should not be listed with Booking.com as a workaround. Plumbing infrastructure is a real problem. The shower recess overflows from wastewater in rooms above. This is unsatisfactory, as well as a health risk. It once woke us in the middle of the night, dislodging the plug which I had to hold in place to prevent overflow.

  : Very nice apartment, comfortable, clean and had everything you need for your stay. The location is excellent and is central to all of the city. The host is very friendly and easy to contact if you need anything.

  : Central location but flat is up 40 steep stair steps with huge construction site next to it.
  : Very old flat. Shower room needs to be plugged when NOT in use because there is backflow of dirty water from the old pipes from other flats. But most disturbing was the high deposit taken but on arrival, I discovered flat had been damaged and only after I told them this, then they admitted it was damaged by previous guest. And then they asked me to leave the keys the next day so that the tv guy can come in to replace the spoilt tv but when I returned the next day, someone had obviously been in the flat but the spoilt tv was still the same! When I questioned why, they said the tv guy can only come after I leave the next day, but then who came into the flat?? All in all, it felt unsafe. Also, their WiFi device was working but "NO internet connection" according to the message that popped up, but they insist there is. Whatever. After the other inconsistencies, a very disappointing stay.

  : I love the proximity to everything, the train station, shops and the tour bus stops. The property, there was a crack on the window in the lounge, i thought it wasnt safe to open the windows because theyre too large if in case a strong wind blows. But I really love the communication from the house manager. The instruction was very clear with photos included and easy to follow. We didnt have any problems checking in and out of the property.
  : I wish I was informed about the crack on thw window, and I hope there will be a lift in the coming years? But all in all. We did enjoy our stay.
