: The location is fabulous and the concierge service was top notch too. Cannot fault that at all. Wonderful views from the flat. Nice big bath.
: The bed is tiny and very uncomfortable. The furniture and furnishings are very cheap and nasty. Upholstered dining chairs worn down to a threadbare state. Cheap and worn out throw and cushions. Worn and unattractive sofa and armchair. Too much personal clutter around. Personal files. Personal items in cupboard in bathroom. Personal items in the wardrobe in the bedroom. Really really disappointing. Also rough grout in the bathroom. Rusty shower head. Marks on radiator in bathroom. Etc .....

: Spacious, well appointed, and comfortable.
: The only thing we didnt like was the need to pay a 200 deposit. Everything else was excellent really. Pretty faultless experience.

: An excellent location, especially if you are visiting Edinburgh for the Festival. The apartment is large with a lovely kitchen and bathroom, plus the bedroom has great views across the Meadows to the Pentland hills.
: The sofas aren't particularly comfy or large enough for two people so its difficult to relax in front of the TV.

: Extremely comfortable bed and blackout blinds helped us have a brilliant sleep. Also the apartment was very well placed for us

: The Location was spot for my work at a venue by Nicholson street. Plenty of bars and restaurants with an opportunity for walks on the Meadows. There was a good if busy small supermarket near that just had enough to suit dietary needs. Big light airy flat with a comfortable bed.
: Kitchen was fine but a little greasy at high level. Bedroom blind was jammed and required some work. I think they would have Come back if I needed but managed to fix it. Very easy things I am sure they will rectify. The shower was a rather big step in over hard floor tiles. A rather more cautious step out. Not such an easy fix and may be difficult for those less mobile. A shame as the flat was easily accessible apart from this.
