: It is a beautiful property in a great area, close to the bus stop with many connections to the town centre. Breakfast was perfect for the two of us and the room was very comfortable.
: We had a little trouble with the payment of the bnb, maybe there is an easier way to do this for guests.

: Very clean room in a beautiful home. Sheets had beautiful embroidery. Good breakfast. Quiet area. Location close to busstop to town city and to King's Building Edinburgh University. Irene was a very kind and helpful host. Communication via email was kind and quick. She ordered a taxi for us when we left. We could leave our luggage in the hallway between check out and departure to the train station.

: The pictures of the room look very nice, but the actual room is quite old, and the bathroom is very small.
: The staff is very well, and the breakfast is really disappointing, consisting only of cereal, a few slices of cheese and ham. The heating is not good, and the room gets very cold at night.
