  : Fantastic location. Spacious flexible apartment, with good facilities.
  : Conflicting information in emails and info folder in apartment. Numerous things broken, or damaged, in apartment on arrival, none that affected our stay but a worry when you've paid a damage deposit. Main problem was a bedroom door without a handle which meant you wouldn't be able to get out of the bedroom if you shut the door!

  : The location was perfect. Right along High Street/Royal Mile and it is very convient to get to places. Though note that apartment is on the 5th floor/top floor so it is hard to bring big heavy luggages up. But, upon arrival, a downstairs neighbour helped to bring our luggages up? we were very thankful. Wifi is strong.
  : When we arrived, the kitchen sink was already choked and water was leaking all over the kitchen floor. Informed admin and they did arrange for a plumber to check it out. However issue was not fixed and it kinda got worse after that. Waterlogged in the sink, and water kept leaking onto the kitchen floor. We paid for an apartment so that we could cook and do laundry. But because of this, they had to turn off the tap, we couldnt do our laundry and had to limit cooking. The heater wasnt working either. The apartment was nice, we expected all but half of the facilites werent working for the high price we paid. Asked for compensation because the facilities needed cannot be used, their response was that this was unpredictable since the previous guest did not face any problems. The thing is? problems were already there when we arrived.

  : boiler noisy , no signage for lock box and PIN number changed . no sheet for double bed , carpets marked , decor damaged , no interlinked smoke alarms, no battery in heating timer , access to Wi-Fi not found , storage for single bedroom limited , no curtains for master bedroom .

  : The awful flights of stairs only got I set of keys despite asking for more. Had to keep going up and down those stairs to leave the others in when we went out separately

  : Good amount of sofas for a group of 4. Everything was clean. Staff were helpful. The location was great for central Edinburgh.
  : A couple of minor things like some lights not working and door handles missing on the single bedroom. But nothing too bad.
