: Superb location and surprisingly quiet.
: Had trouble with the front door locks when trying to exit the property from the inside. The key was difficult to turn in the lock. Tended to use only one of the locks because of this.

: No kitchen towelsOnly one toilet roll (we can buy it but should have informed first, told this to them on call too)Stairs to reach the locationFor those with kids and have strollers, this is close to the castle via the stairs and is a task to go to the Royal Mile if you have to use strollers.

: The flat was right on Grassmarket, central for everything. It was well appointed, clean and comfortable with a nice garden.
: The mobile data reception in that part of town is terrible & the WiFi wasn't working in the flat.

: Fantastic Location. We were met at the property, the rep was super friendly and very helpful, giving helpful advice, especially on parking. Really liked the small outdoor space to sit out in the fresh air.

  : Location!
: Being scolded for being late, and told we would have a pay a late card, when our guide was late himself. More towels would have been helpful. As would a shower curtain.
