  : Great location for seeing Edinburgh, lots of good pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Apartment is 10 minute walk from station. The apartment itself was clean, nice comfortable beds and good facilities. Communication and info from the owners was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.
  : Slightly old bath, but only a minor issue, because the shower is very good.

  : Clear arrival instructions prior to arrival. Location excellent. Kitchen well laid out in such a small space and very well stocked with pans, crockery etc. Spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Good communication with hosts via app (but see below re 1 minor issue). Excellent value for money, but we booked in January when Lockdown at height so got a good price. WARNING: steep spiral staircase to the 4th apartment at top - not suitable for those with mobility problems. We "enjoyed" the exercise though! TV has portable aerial which needs moving for better signal (apparently external aerials are being removed). The TV apps were basic but sufficient when we were in the apartment. We were not there to watch TV. It was the Festival!
  : Not stocked with the toiletries as advertised. Were promised some more but they did not materialise. Enamel of bath had worn - it was unsightly but I understand it is to be replaced. The arrival info asks you to be considerate of the neighbours and not be noisy. The neighbours are not the problem - we did not see or hear them. The problem is the street noise throughout the day and night, even with windows closed. Be prepared for late night revellers returning to accommodation and a very early start to deliveries to nearby businesses. We had many disturbed nights. It is outside the control of the hosts, but something visitors should be aware of so they go with eyes open.

  : Superb location. Handy for lots of attractions and eateries. The accommodation was spacious and had everything in it you could need. We had a great time.
  : Instruction for the heating system would have helped a lot. The weather wasnt brilliant and we could have done with more heat in the evening. The climb up the stairs was tough going.
