: Their handling of parking is excellent; they include a day permit without any extra charge. Breakfast is always great. The single rooms are small but absolutely fine at this price point. The staff are always really friendly and supportive, and enough to have me book again (and I've booked here several times already!) The location is absolutely great - right by the sea front and only 5 minutes walk from town.
: I need to remember to take my own pillow. The beds are surprisingly comfortable, but the pillows are really poor. They do the job (sort of), but I don't know how they managed to even buy pillows that bad. Even though they are one of the cheaper hotels around, the pillows seem like the one detail that manages to drop below the 'value for money'.

: Great location, huge room, friendly staff, easy check-in process.
: The room I stayed in was a bit rough around the edges, but that's only if I'm being picky. I'd still stay there again.

: Great location close to sea front and easy walkable distance to the centre and other places of interest. The hotel was bright, colourful, clean , welcoming and comfortable. My single room was small but adequate for one night with everything I needed. I was very happy by how quiet it was inside the hotel. No banging doors or sounds of other guests. I slept very well and felt relaxed which was what I wanted. The quiet! I didn't have breakfast but it smelt great early in the morning! I will definitely stay here again as a quiet getaway although I think that may also depend on other guests.
: I didn't like the floor. Prefer carpet or a rug added by the bed would be nice. The pillows were toooooo thin. Hard for anyone who needs to sleep with slightly raised chest rather than completely flat. The bath was very deep to get into for a shower for a shorter person !

: The breakfast is simple but delicious! The staff at the reception desk and the person who served the breakfast were very helpful. location is great
: very, very cold rooms. My colleagues in other rooms commented the same way. I didn't turn on the radiator when I arrived, so the small room took a few hours to warm up when I came back from my meeting. It would be helpful if the hotel staff could warm up the room temperature prior to guests' arrival. Especially if they inquired about the estimated time of arrival. Please address the low water pressure issue in the shower, as it's difficult to use when the shower head is in the holder. Also, please change the mattress -It is not suitable for sleeping.
