  : Function room was a lovely size, staff were friendly, area was good
  : We had travelled from Northern Ireland so didnt arrive till 9pm and were all extremely tired, I was disappointed to find that when entering my room I was immediately hit with a damp musty smell indicating straight away the room was not clean and fresh as it should be, the room was described as a Deluxe family suite this was certainly not the case, I found the room to be extremely dated, dirty walls, carpets and curtains, bathroom floor had dirty marks, around the toilet were pubic hairs as well as in the bath, the toilet seat was broken, the mirror was rusty, there was mould on the walls and around the window, the lamps in the room didnt work, the plug sockets were looking worse for wear, and the general state of the room was just not up to standard.I was also disappointed by the level of noise coming from the function suite below, I completely understand if functions are on but feel I should have been made aware of this when booking and that the music would be playing loudly late into the night.This made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep and left us all feeling exhausted the next day.

  : The housekeeping was excellent. Much better than Premier Inn. The staff on reception were friendly and well informed. The room was comfortable.
  : I had to sit next to the door in order to get WiFi reception. The bath would not fill unless the shower was on.

  : Stuffy smell in room. Average tidiness. No elevator to take a large suitcase.
