  : The beds were comfy and the room was clean.
  : The room was like a sauna the whole time. I think it was above the kitchen. The windows were locked in a way that they would only open a couple of inches. Really made getting ready or sleeping very unpleasant. The shower pipes were not attached properly to the wall. One of the bedroom walls was undecorated and had patches of white where holes etc had been covered up. There was a TV but only the radio channels worked. The person on the desk was quite strange and seemed to be hating his life.

  : 1 - reception I had to call a number but it didn’t work so had to get the bar staff to get the manager to check me in 2 - the manager checked me in to my room “I’ve put you in a room where the tv doesn’t work, are you fussed about the tv, someone can come fix it tomorrow, which I agreed to & made no complaint about (if I’m paying for the utilities that are listed they should all be working or I should get a part refund) 3 - the lift wasn’t working4 - got to my room & even thought it was past the check in hours my room wasn’t ready. The cleaner apologised however the manager should have put me in a diff room or offered complementaries or called me to let me know they were running behind as I had to get in change & head off for work 5 - they have a gluten free menu which is great but when looking for alternative milk as I’m dairy intolerant they only had normal milk. So I had to take my own into the restaurant & I might have as well made the coffee myself in the room for free. 6 - the next day the TV wasn’t fixed when they said they would fix it. 7 - mould on the shower ceiling 8 - the shower door opens both sides as the fixed side has come off ROOM 8 if the hotel would like to fix any of the above for any future customersI wouldn’t rush back to this hotel after my experience.
